16th Birthday

One of the things we did in June was to celebrate singer's 16th birthday. We originally planned to visit the nature center, but it isn't there anymore. So instead we went to the zoo. We bought a zoo membership that will let us in to the zoo and aquarium free for a year. We had a lot of fun at the zoo, but I forgot to take my camera. I will have to remember it next time. It is a big zoo so we didn't quite see everything - we got too tired. When we came home we had cake for singer's birthday. It turned out to be a very nice day! Singer is considering volunteering at the zoo, but there are many things to choose from and she can't do them all.
